And you can intall the sample configuration file as follows:

  sudo cp ${PREFIX}/share/example/sphinx/sphinx.conf.dist /etc/sphinx.conf

If you are using Ruby-On-Rails, both the Sphincter and Ultrasphinx plugins
will automatically configure sphinx.
